Reproducibility

Reproducibility

The Population Dynamic Lab is committed to advancing open science and reproducibility. As such, we require authors to include their annotated code. We encourage authors to link to their data, if it’s publicly available, either through Github, OSF, or Figshare. If data are not available to the public, we require a  simulated or synthesized dataset that can be used by colleagues in the Population Dynamics Lab  community to simulate their code or practice with their code.

The Population Dynamic Lab’s Github can be found here.
